Billing
Toykoshi – a sub division of ER Bibbeys Online Store. Uses Amazon Pay as it’s payment gateway for all payment processing, we do not hold any customer payment information ourselves.

Refunds, where appropriate will be made through Amazon Pay and usually refund via the same payment method customers used to purchase the goods.
Privacy Policy & Data Protection
All Customer Information will be held securely for the purposes of shipping and billing. We will not use this data for any other purpose.

We do not sell or disclose our customer information to any other third party other than Amazon Pay (our payment gateway provider) for the purposes of transaction.
Shipping
All European shipping will be fulfilled via Amazon logistics from within the UK. Tracking for this will be provided at the time of dispatch.

Worldwide shipping not currently available at this stage however we are looking for a solution to be available in the early part of 2018.
Returns
As with all distance selling regulations all clothing can be returned assuming still in a mint condition with any packaging and tags still attached. For customer returns not relating to product quality then the customer assumes responsibility and cost for the return of the item.
